Privacy Policy
Effective August 6, 2026. This policy explains what Minnesota Canine Club collects when you use MCC At-Home Services, the customer portal, caregiver tools, or team app.
Information we collect
We collect account details, contact information, service addresses, dog profiles, booking details, visit notes, visit photos or videos, caregiver assignments and availability, payout setup status, billing information, and support messages needed to provide at-home dog care.
Device permissions
The app may ask for camera, photo library, location, or calendar access when those features are needed for visit reports, routing, visit verification, profile photos, or caregiver scheduling. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
How we use information
We use this information to schedule care, route caregivers, verify visits, communicate with customers and caregivers, prepare reports and receipts, support billing and payouts, improve service quality, and keep the platform secure.
Analytics and diagnostics
We use Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to measure website visits, app sessions, screen views, and actions such as starting a booking or completing a visit. These tools receive an app installation identifier, device and app details, general location derived from network information, and an internal account ID after sign-in. We do not send your name, email address, service address, or pet care notes as analytics identifiers.
We use Sentry to diagnose app errors and crashes. We use analytics and diagnostic data to fix problems, understand which features are used, and improve the service. We do not use this data for cross-app advertising tracking.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service, such as showing caregivers the address and care instructions for assigned visits, sending visit reports to customers, and using service providers for hosting, email, payment operations, storage, and maps.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the app or by contacting MCC. We delete or de-identify account data unless we need to keep limited records for legal, tax, billing, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
