At-Home Services

Terms of Service

Last updated June 13, 2026. These terms are meant to be plain-English and practical: we want your dog cared for well, your home treated respectfully, and expectations clear before a visit is booked.

1. What MCC provides

MCC At-Home Services provides scheduled visits for dogs at the customer's service address. A visit may include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, play, walks, medication support, photos, and visit notes, depending on what you request and what MCC confirms.

At-home visits are not overnight house sitting, veterinary care, training, grooming, home maintenance, mail collection, plant care, or security services unless MCC separately agrees to that in writing.

2. Your information must be accurate

You agree to provide accurate information about your dog, address, access instructions, feeding routine, medication instructions, behavior, health, escape risks, and any person or animal who may be present during a visit.

Please update MCC before a visit if anything changes. This includes illness, coughing, parasites, injuries, aggression, bite history, access changes, alarm codes, locked doors, or hazards at the home.

3. Safe access and safe visits

You are responsible for giving MCC safe, legal, and reliable access to the home and dog. If a caregiver cannot safely enter, reach the dog, complete the visit, or leave the home secure, MCC may cancel, shorten, or stop the visit.

MCC may decline or stop service if a dog, person, property condition, weather condition, or access situation appears unsafe. If a caregiver notices an obvious home issue during a visit, MCC will make reasonable efforts to tell you, but MCC is not responsible for monitoring or maintaining the home.

4. Health, vaccines, and illness

You are responsible for keeping your dog current on legally required vaccinations and for following your veterinarian's advice for preventives and health care. You agree to tell MCC before service if your dog may be sick, contagious, injured, recovering from surgery, or carrying fleas, ticks, or other parasites.

MCC may refuse or postpone service when illness or parasite exposure could create a risk for caregivers, other customers, or other animals.

5. Emergencies and veterinary care

If MCC reasonably believes your dog needs urgent care, you authorize MCC or its caregiver to contact you, your emergency contact, your veterinarian, an emergency clinic, animal control, or emergency services as appropriate.

You are responsible for veterinary, transport, emergency, access, and related costs. MCC will try to contact you first when practical, but your dog's safety may require action before you respond.

6. Pricing, payment, and changes

The website shows an estimated price before you book. When you click agree to pay and confirm the booking, you agree to pay the shown amount, unless MCC contacts you and you approve a change.

Payment processing may be handled separately from the website while MCC finishes its payment setup. Booking changes, cancellations, missed access, late requests, extra pets, unusual travel distance, or extra requested tasks may affect the final amount owed.

7. Home, property, and keys

Please secure valuables, fragile items, gates, doors, fences, and anything your dog may damage. You are responsible for providing working keys, codes, parking instructions, and access details.

MCC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal pet accidents, property wear, hidden defects, household systems, weather events, pests, plants, mail, deliveries, or other home conditions outside the scheduled dog-care visit.

8. Photos, messages, and records

You authorize MCC to send photos, notes, and service messages about your dog and visits. MCC will use those records to operate the service, support customers, and improve care. MCC will not intentionally publish identifiable photos from inside your home without your permission.

9. Limits of responsibility

MCC will use reasonable care when providing at-home visits. Pets and homes involve real variables, so MCC cannot guarantee a specific health, behavior, property, or security outcome.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MCC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. MCC's total responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount paid or owed for the affected visit, except where the law does not allow that limit or where MCC is responsible for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Questions

If anything in these terms does not match what you need, contact MCC before booking. We would rather clarify expectations up front than surprise anyone later.
